This policy explains what personal data Lemon and Hazel collects through this website and its associated channels, why it is collected, and what rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés.

- Any information you choose to give about your wedding: date, location, guest numbers, budget, and what you are looking for
- Where relevant, your telephone number
When you request the Real Cost guide
- Your first name and email address, used to send you the guide
When you share your wedding-planning experience
- Your email address and the answers you choose to provide
- Any optional photos you upload, stored privately
- Whether you gave permission for those photos to be featured on the website or social media
When you complete the Wedding Readiness Quiz
- Your answers to the quiz questions
- Your email address, if you give it
When you simply browse
No visitor analytics are collected on this site. Nothing about your visit is recorded, and no analytics cookies are placed on your device.
What is never collected
No payment card details are collected or stored on this website. Any payment for professional services is arranged separately, by invoice and bank transfer.

You are never required to give your data. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
4. Who else has access to your data
Lemon and Hazel uses third-party services to operate. Each holds some of your data on its own terms.

Some of these are based outside the European Union. Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is done under the safeguards each provider has in place, which are set out in that provider's own privacy policy and data processing terms.
Your data is never sold, rented, or traded.
Where a wedding is being planned, some of your details are necessarily shared with the suppliers engaged for it: the venue, caterer, photographer, florist and others. This is done only as far as needed to deliver your wedding, and only with suppliers actually working on it.
5. How long it is kept

6. Cookies
No analytics or tracking cookies are used. This website does not set its own cookies, and visitor analytics are switched off.

- Erase your data, where there is no overriding legal obligation to keep it
- Restrict how it is processed
- Portability — receive your data in a usable format

- Give instructions about what happens to your data after your death

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and requires no explanation.

8. Security
Access to your data is limited to Simona Garbuz and, where necessary for a specific wedding, to the suppliers engaged for it. Accounts holding personal data are protected by strong passwords and, where the provider supports it, two-factor authentication.
9. Children
This website and these services are directed at adults. No data is knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
10. Changes
Any material change to this policy will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
