This policy explains what personal data Lemon and Hazel collects through this website and its associated channels, why it is collected, and what rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés.

No visitor analytics are collected on this site. Nothing about your visit is recorded, and no analytics cookies are placed on your device.

What is never collected

No payment card details are collected or stored on this website. Any payment for professional services is arranged separately, by invoice and bank transfer.

Some of these are based outside the European Union. Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is done under the safeguards each provider has in place, which are set out in that provider's own privacy policy and data processing terms.

Your data is never sold, rented, or traded.

Where a wedding is being planned, some of your details are necessarily shared with the suppliers engaged for it: the venue, caterer, photographer, florist and others. This is done only as far as needed to deliver your wedding, and only with suppliers actually working on it.

6. Cookies

This site sets one cookie only.

Strictly necessary. A cookie that remembers you have already seen or dismissed the checklist pop-up, so that it does not reappear. It records nothing about you, is not read by anyone else, and is exempt from consent requirements under CNIL guidance.

No analytics or tracking cookies are used. Visitor analytics are switched off on this site.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

7. Your rights

8. Security

Access to your data is limited to Simona Garbuz and, where necessary for a specific wedding, to the suppliers engaged for it. Accounts holding personal data are protected by strong passwords and, where the provider supports it, two-factor authentication.

9. Children

This website and these services are directed at adults. No data is knowingly collected from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

Any material change to this policy will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
